Yes, alright, I’ve been mostly quiet over the past few days–but I was outta town over the weekend, and I’ve felt too tired and sadly uninspired to dig in here after each fretfully busy day at work this week. So. I am getting my morning coffee in the cafeteria here at work and it happens to be staffed by a shitload of diehard Wings fans. The kind of Wings fans who like to taunt Leafs fans like me. Well, two of those Wings fans who are most relentless in their Leafy taunting are having a conversation about what they watched on tv last night and I dunno which reality show they were referring to, but one asked the other, “Who got kicked off last night?” and I piped up, wearing my biggest shit-eating grin, “The Red Wings”.
Ahhhh, I live for little moments like that.
